The CRSO offers patrons a variety of discount opportunities.
Season Tickets
Individuals receive a discount for purchasing season tickets in addition to the first availability of seating. If you have never been a CRSO subscriber, you will receive 25% off of your Masterworks season subscription.
Children
Kids Go FREE! to all seven Masterworks concerts with the purchase of an adult season ticket in the second balcony. (*Exclusions apply. Click here for more information.)
Seniors
Senior citizen prices are for patrons aged 65 and older.
Students
Student prices are for full-time college students and students/children 18 years or younger.
Children two years or older are required to have a ticket.
Young Adults
Young adult prices are for Anytime Series patrons between the ages of 18 and 30.
Groups
CRSO offers extensive discounts to groups. Groups of 20 or more can receive a 20% discount off single ticket prices and groups of 40 or more a 30% discount. These are unbelievable deals not to be missed! More information about group sales may be found on this site under Group Ticketing.
Refunds/Credit
- No refunds can be made once seats are assigned.
- Refunds will not be issued as a result of inclement weather.
- Subscribers may exchange tickets beginning Monday, August 11, 2008.
- Even exchanges can be made to other concerts; exchanges to higher priced concerts or seating sections may require additional payment.
- No exchanges are allowed into any Pops concert including Anne Hampton Callaway, Holiday Pops or Music of the Eagles.
- All exchanges are subject to availability and must be completed prior to the concert and during regular Box Office hours. September through May, hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. During the summer, hours are Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Friday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Additional Ticket Information
- Seating for individuals with disabilities is available in the Corner Orchestra seating section. Please indicate your preference for special seating on the order form.
- Student Rush tickets available at the Symphony Center Box Office a half-hour before concerts for only $5! A high school or college ID is required, one ticket per ID.
- Lost tickets can be replaced at no charge.
- Dates, times, artists and programs are subject to change.
Concert Night Box Office
- All day of show ticket sales and Will Call tickets will be available in the Symphony Center Box Office.
- The Symphony Center Box Office, located next door to the Paramount Theatre, will open 2 hours prior to each concert.
